■川床食事会場は、店内から川床まで滑りやすい階段を下ります。川床は座敷席となり椅子テーブルのご準備はできません。川床には川面がご覧になれるよう隙間があります。靴を脱いで畳を歩くため足元に十分気を付けてお越しください。
■送迎バス、及び食事会場はクラブツーリズム以外の個人のお客様と相席になります。当日の施設の混雑状況によっては、食事提供までに席で30分以上お待ちいただく場合がございます（ツアー参加の方が優先して食事提供されるわけではございません）
■本プランは、大型観光バスではなく食事施設の無料送迎バスを利用いたします。そのため、補助席をご利用頂く場合や、他グループの方と相席になる場合がございます。
■現地集合解散のコースとなります。添乗員は同行せず、ご旅行当日は食事施設の係員が受付・案内をさせて頂くため、お客様のお名前・ご連絡先を食事施設へご連絡させて頂きます。
■当日だけでなく、前日までの雨天・荒天の影響によっても、川の水が増水している場合は、店内（屋内）での食事となり、川床ではお召し上がり頂けない場合がございます。その場合も予定どおりツアーは出発し、取消・変更料は規定どおり発生致しますので、予めご了承下さい。
■弊社で入金確認がとれるまでに、お客様がご入金されてから数日を要するため出発の1週間前までに必ずご入金ください。※出発1週間前をきってのお申込みのお客様は、クレジットカードでの決済、もしくはお近くの近畿日本ツーリストの店舗にてお支払い手続きをお願い致します。

[About Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days prior to departure, we will convert your reservation to an official reservation by sending you a contract or submitting it to your My Page.
Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[Meeting place and time]
■The meeting time and reception start time are different. Reception start time is Itinerary Itinerary 10:30 on weekdays and 10:25 on weekends and holidays. A staff member from the dining facility will come to reception, so please wait near the meeting place.


[For customers who apply less than one week before the departure date]
■If you need to cancel or change your trip, please contact our reservation center. Depending on the date of cancellation or change, a set fee may be charged.

[Notes regarding reservations]
■Internet reservations cannot be made for dates close to departure, so please contact us.
■If Minimum Number of Participants is not met, the trip may be canceled. We will only contact you if the trip is canceled.
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, holidays, and the New Year holidays), but there may be a slight time lag and the information may differ from the actual situation. Reservations are Available even if there is only one seat remaining. Depending on the situation at the time of reservation and the number of people, the reservation may be Full.
■This tour is also sold to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language. Thank you for your understanding.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
