Since this course uses an airplane, please register (1) name (full name), (2) age, and (3) gender for all participating passengers.

[About gathering]
The meeting time on the day of departure is usually 20~30 minutes before the flight (it may be more than 30 minutes before the busy season).

[Getting on and off along the way]
Please select your boarding location when booking.
The tour director (tour conductor) will contact the representative by the day before departure regarding the train number and seat number of the train used.
On the day of the event, please purchase your own admission ticket and come to the train departure platform (boarding and disembarking gate).
Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation costs to midway ride station, and there will be no refunds for boarding and disembarking on the way.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
