[Participation conditions]
This course is limited to couples only.
Please note that we cannot accept participation by people other than married couples, same-sex couples, or single participants. Also, if either person is unable to attend, both people will be forced to cancel and cancellation fees for both people will be charged.

[Dinner on Day 2]
■ For departures on May. 17th and Jun. 1st, dinner will be served in the hotel dining room.
■On days other than those listed above, dinner will be served on the "Sunset Dinner Cruise."
*Depending on the weather, you may not be able to see the sunset.
*Ferry may be canceled depending on weather and other conditions on the day.

[About the course]
・The order of the itinerary may be changed due to local circumstances, etc. Tourist attractions will not be omitted or shortened.
・Guest rooms at Canopy by Hilton Okinawa Miyakojima will only have shower rooms without bathtubs (as this is a foreign-owned hotel, all standard rooms scheduled bathtubs)
・ Day 1 and Day 3, you will need to travel between the airport and the hotel on your own (using the hotel's free shuttle bus).

<Notes when participating in the island trip>
It may not be possible to reach the island due to sea conditions or weather.
There may be cases where we are forced to make significant changes or substitutions to transportation means or itineraries, or to extend your stay, and we will be forced to charge you additional fees.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
