[Participation Requirements]
This course is a tour that includes winter activities such as Drift ice walking experience and ice level walks.
For customer safety management reasons, we have established the following participation conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept your application if you do not meet the following conditions.
● Participation Requirements: Ages 6 and up ~ under 75 (at the time of participation)
● Height: 130cm or more, Weight: Under 110kg
* Additionally, participation is limited to those who can manage themselves and have about Hiking physical strength, so those who need to be accompanied may be refused Drift ice walking experience participation.

[About the drift ice viewing course]
■ Drift ice is a natural phenomenon You may not be able to view it.
■ Drift ice sightseeing icebreaking ship may be suspended depending on drift ice docking conditions and weather conditions. Even if you cancel or change your order due to this event, a cancellation fee will be charged from the date of cancellation.
■ Drift ice sightseeing icebreaking ship operates on Aomi if there is no drift ice. Please note that flights may be canceled in case of bad weather. In such cases, you will be guided to alternative tourist spots or refunded the difference.

[About the Course]
・ For Dry suit rentals to wear in Drift ice walking experience, please contact our Call center at least 14 days before departure to provide your height and weight.
・ Accommodation ・ The sightseeing order may be rearranged accordingly.
・Menu items listed may be subject to change depending on local availability.
・Due to hotel circumstances, even if you apply for two people per room, you may be split into two rooms.
・Even if you book as a group, seats may not be adjacent to each other (vertical rowing seats). Thank you for your understanding.

■ Regarding name changes after application
We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if the reservation is fully Full, and even if we can, there will be a fee required for the change.
■Please note that we do not accept preschool children or infants for this course.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
