[About the hotel]

Please note that if the guest room you are provided is a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, you will be required to lay out your futon yourself.
<Same for 1st and 2nd nights>
If you are booked into a Western-style room for 3-4 people, it may be a twin room with an extra bed or a hider bed (sofa bed), or the room may be divided into two rooms.

[Getting on and off along the way]
On this course, you can get on and off at Shinagawa Station or Shin-Yokohama Station on both the outbound and return trips. please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and come to the departure platform (admission ticket cost will be at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour.
*There are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off along the way.

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after that, please contact us.

* Even if you apply for a seat on the train for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other or your seats may be separated.
* If your train has a stop on the way, you can get on and off the train. [Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3~6 years old (preschoolers), a bus seat will be prepared and charged during the journey from the viewpoint of the Travel Agency Act and safety management (there are no seats in the case of taxis and hotel free shuttle buses). However, there are no seats, Meals, or bedding for Accommodation facilities on the train during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with "Children"

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
