[About the difficulty of walking]
■ Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine & Aoganto Temple
Climb 473 steps to the second company. Free rental of walking sticks available. If you have a bad leg, there is a shop near the bus parking lot where you can rest.
■ Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine
There is a shrine building at the end of about 150 steps. If you don't go up, you can wait in the parking lot. There is a shop.
■ Kumano Kodo, Daimonzaka
It takes about 15~20 minutes to climb the cobblestone stairs (267 steps). Uphill.
■ Nachi Falls (Hitaki Shrine)
Go down about 135 stone steps paved for about 3 minutes to the waterfall and return to the parking lot through the same road

*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. Please note that there are no refunds for getting on or off along the way. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car and seat number by the day before departure.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
