Regarding Daigoji Temple Day 2 the trip, please note that the Daigoji Temple Reihokan Museum will be closed for tours departing on Apr. 5th and 6th due to an event. Tours will only be limited to the Sanboin Temple and the temple buildings. Thank you for your understanding.

[Cherry Blossom Status]
Tour departure dates are determined based on the usual flowering conditions, but the best viewing period may change due to unseasonable weather or other reasons.
If a tour is scheduled to depart, it will proceed regardless of the flowering situation.

[Getting on and off along the way]
On this course, you can get on and off at Shinagawa Station and Shin-Yokohama Station along the way.
*If you are midway ride, please purchase your admission ticket at the boarding station.
*There are no refunds or discounts for fares to midway ride stations or for getting on or off at intermediate stations.

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after that, please contact us.

【Precautions for travel】
* Round-trip transportation, Accommodation Facilities will be notified in the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" sent about 5 days before the departure date.
* Please leave the seat allocation for the transportation (bus, plane, railway, Other) used during the trip and the room allocation of Accommodation facilities to us. Please refrain from using reclining bus seats.
* Even if you apply for a seat on the train for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other or your seats may be separated.
* If your train has a stop on the way, you can get on and off the train. If you wish to board from the relevant station, please let us know in advance at the time of reservation, or please check the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car number and seat number by the day before departure
* This tour is also sold to foreigners. If you are riding with a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but we will not accompany you with a guide interpreter

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3~6 years old (preschoolers), a bus seat will be prepared and charged during the journey from the viewpoint of the Travel Agency Act and safety management (there are no seats in the case of taxis and hotel free shuttle buses). However, there are no seats, Meals, or bedding for Accommodation facilities on the train during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with "Children"

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
