【Accommodation About the facility】
The room type of Accommodation is a Japanese-style room or a Western-style room (single/twin/toilet without bath).

* Shintamagawa Onsen is basically a type without a bath in all rooms
* All rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a smoking area on site
* There is no air conditioning, and fans are installed in each room in the summer.

[Accompaniment of tour conductors]
For this tour, the tour conductor will accompany only the Shinkansen on the first day. On the last day, the tour conductor will not accompany you, and you will be asked to return to Tokyo by yourself. The return ticket will be given by the tour conductor on the first day, so please use the ticket on the last day to return by yourself.

Please note that in this tour, only the bullet train fare and Accommodation fare for the round trip between Tokyo Station ~ Tazawako Station are included in the tour price, and the cost of round-trip transportation between the station ~ the hotel and sightseeing in Other will be borne by the customer.

[Regarding waiting time]
Depending on the time of the Shinkansen for both round-trips, there is a possibility that you will have to wait for a long time at Tazawako Station

[Getting on and off along the way]
This course is available for midway ride at Omiya Station.
* If you are participating in midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station.
* There are no refunds or discounts for fares to midway ride stations or getting on and off the train on the way.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, and there will be an additional charge (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at the accommodations during the Accommodation.

*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. Please note that there are no refunds for getting on or off along the way. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car and seat number by the day before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
