■Cherry picking is done rain or shine. In rainy weather, some farms may not allow umbrellas. Please prepare kappa, etc.
■Depending on the cherry growth situation, stepladders may be used. When using the service, please follow the instructions of the farm staff and tour guides, wear comfortable shoes and clothes, and use it in the correct way.
■From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.
■ Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

●The travel fee for children aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers) includes only the bus seat fee. If you require Other (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply for a child (elementary school student).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
