[About Lake Senba parking lot]
■Parking is free for customers coming by car to the meeting point at Lake Senba, but advance application is required. Please contact us at least 2 days before departure. Please note that we and Lake Senba cannot be held responsible for theft or accidents in the parking lot. There is a designated parking location for customer use, so please use the diagonal parking lot of the MAP.

■The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on the time of year, but it may not be the best time to see it on the day of departure. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
