※現地集合のツアーのためバスを利用いたしません。お客様各自で直接集合場所までお越しください。集合解散場所からご自宅までの交通費は、お客様ご負担となります。

【ご案内とおことわり】
■公演内容は2026年4月16日現在の予定です。主催者等の都合により公演内容が変更になった場合でも、公演が中止にならない限りツアーは催行いたします。公演内容変更に伴う旅行代金の払い戻しや各種変更は承ることができません。
■座席はS席となり指定席です。座席割りは弊社にご一任ください。ご希望は承れません。同じグループでも座席が離れる場合がございます。座席の具体的な位置は主催者からの割り当てが直前となるため、事前のお応えは致しかねます。
■公演中の途中退席はできません。また、終演まで公演会場外へ出ることはできません。
■場内での飲食、写真・動画の撮影、録音、携帯電話の使用は禁止です。また、全席禁煙です。
■夕食は16:00頃からの早めの開始となります。
■未就学幼児の方の参加はご遠慮いただいております。
■オペラグラスなどのご使用いただけません。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【予約についての注意】
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
■出発間近の日付(2日前)につきましては、インターネットでは予約頂けませんので、お問い合わせ下さい。
■最少催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、多少のタイムラグがあり、実際の状況と異なる場合がありますのでご了承下さい。残席が1席でも受付中となります。また、予約時の状況やご人数によって満席となる場合もあります。
■盲導犬等補助犬を同行されるお客様のご参加が想定されます。「動物アレルギー」をお持ちの方は、必ずお申込み時にご連絡ください。
■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
