航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

【お食事内容のリクエストに関して】
団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容のご変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねます。
また、お食事をお召し上がりにならない場合も、食事代は返金いたしかねますので、ご了承ください。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。
※航空機の座席については、混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体手配の都合上、出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。また、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。

【子供・幼児・乳児の受付】
３～５歳のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

【ご予約についてのご案内】
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発１４日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ホームページでの受付は、ご出発８日前までとなります

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
