【現地集合・解散について】
・当コースは現地集合・解散のフリープランコースとなり、添乗員・現地係員はおりません。
・本コースはバスを利用しません。各自で直接、集合場所までお越し下さい。なお、集合場所および解散場所からご自宅までの交通費はお客様負担となります。

【観戦チケットについて】
・観戦チケットは、電子チケットでのお渡しとなります。ご出発日の7日前を目途にメールにてチケット受取のご連絡をさせていただきますので、必ずご確認とお受け取りをお願いいたします。
※迷惑メール防止機能等を設定の方は、「hawks-ticket@tickets.softbankhawks.co.jp」の受信ができるよう設定変更をお願いいたします。
・電子チケットはスマートフォン等で入場ゲートにある認証機にQRコードをかざしてご入場いただけるチケットです。
・「コカ・コーラシート」は3塁側E列75番・76番、F列75番・76番のいずれかでのご案内となります。お席割りは弊社にご一任下さい。座席の希望は承れませんので、ご了承ください。
・球場観戦時は、「試合観戦契約約款」、「写真・動画等の撮影及び配信・送信規程」、「観戦マナー・応援ルール」、「みずほPayPayドームご来場の皆様へ」　及びチケット券面記載の注意事項が適用されますので遵守ください。
・観戦チケットは、興行主等が購入者の氏名及び連絡先を確認したうえで販売される商品であり、興行主等の同意なく本商品を第三者へ転売することは禁止となります。
※「興行主等」とは「興行主又は興行主の同意を得て興行入場券の販売を業として行う者」を指します。

小学生・幼児料金について
●4歳以上のお子様のご旅行代金は大人と同額となります。
※みずほPayPayドーム福岡では4歳以上のお子様はチケットが必要なため、添い寝をされる場合でも大人と同額料金が発生いたします。
●3歳以下のお子様は膝上の観戦であれば無料ですが、座席を使用される場合は大人と同額料金が発生いたします。

【インターネットからのお支払いについてのご案内】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
