●If you would like to purchase insurance, please pay by credit card from your My Page. If we are unable to confirm your payment by one business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) prior to your departure date, we will be unable to process your Domestic Travel insurance request.

●If you cancel or change your trip, please contact the Kyushu Travel Center. A set fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change. Please be aware of this in advance.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
