[About changes to meal contents]
Starting from Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.
If you fail to consume Meals, the meal will not be refunded.

[Getting on and off along the way]
This course can be boarded and disembarked at Kokura Station.
※ If you are participating in midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged for airline seats and bus seats during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management. All services will be provided.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
