★Please select your preferred airport for your return flight (Fukuoka Airport, Hiroshima, or Okayama Airport) from the options.

Depending on the airport selected, the domestic passenger handling facility usage fee at the airport used for the return journey will vary and will be charged separately.

◎Travel fees and cancellations

◆The deadline for payment of the trip fee is Tuesday, May. 20th. (The transfer slip you receive will state, "Please complete payment by 21 days before the trip departure date," but this is not the case this time.)

◆Since this course involves the use of a chartered vessel, if you cancel or change your reservation for personal reasons, a cancellation or change fee will be charged retroactively from 90 days prior to the start of the trip.

90 to 61 days prior: 10% of the travel price

60 to 31 days prior: 20% of the travel price

30 to 21 days prior: 30% of the tour price

20 days to 3 days before: 40% of the tour price

From the day before the start of the trip until the meeting time on the day (excluding after departure) - 50% of the trip price

Cancellation after the start of the trip or non-participation without notice: 100% of the trip price

[About customer replacement (name change)]

Confirmation with the airline is required regarding the replacement of passengers (name change). Please note that it may not be possible to arrange this due to Full, and even if it is possible, a replacement fee will be charged. The replacement fee will be the cancellation fee for the group ticket and the difference between the price of the new ticket and the price of the group ticket. If the departure date is close or there is congestion, the new ticket may be charged at the regular fare, which may result in a large difference in price.

[Changes to domestic passenger facility charges at Haneda Airport]

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]

Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]

Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.
