■当ツアーは添乗員は同行いたしません。1日目は各自で下呂まで移動、2日目はバスガイドがご案内いたします。往復の列車移動の際に係員の同行はありませんので、予めご了承ください。詳しくは「ご旅行パンフレット」、出発7～5日前に送付いたします「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてご確認ください。

■切符到着後、紛失した際は往復の特急券・乗車券は、お客様ご負担となります。
また、その事由で取り消される場合は所定の取消料を頂戴いたします。

■お風呂がついていないお部屋になる場合があります。その際は大浴場をご利用ください。

■お客様ご自身でお布団を敷いていただく場合がございます。また入室の際に既に布団が敷かれている場合があります。

■奇数グループでご参加の場合は、バス席・列車の座席などは相席となります。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

■1名1室は部屋数限定となります。

[Trains]
Regarding train arrival and departure times, The flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  Please be aware that this may occur.
Since tours are arranged as a group, depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement on the train, and seat availability, you may be seated in front or behind the train, or you may be asked to share a seat with other passengers. Thank you for your understanding.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
If you wish to board the train from an intermediate stop on the itinerary, please contact us at least 7 days before departure.
*For details on trains, times, etc., please check the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you at a later date.
*Transportation costs and fares to the midway ride as well as tickets to enter the station platform, will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for midway ride.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
