[Regarding Meals requests]
We cannot accommodate requests to change the contents of Meals, except in cases where there is a risk of endangering your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgement. If you have religious reasons, allergies, or dietary restrictions based on medical judgement, please contact us at least two weeks before departure. Please note that we cannot refund the meal fee even if you do not eat Meals. Please refrain from taking home any unused Meals.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate fee for using the domestic passenger handling facilities at Sendai and Itami airports (round-trip) (1,260 yen per person) will be charged.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■The meeting time will be one hour before the flight departure time. It may be around 6 o'clock.
■Aizu Railway has unreserved seats. Depending on how crowded the train is, you may have to stand. Also, the boarding section may change depending on how crowded the train is.

[Cherry Blossom Status]
■Tour departure dates are based on the average year's flowering conditions, but the best viewing period may change due to inclement weather or other reasons.
Please note that we may adjust the time or change the itinerary depending on the flowering situation on the day.
■If the tour has been confirmed to depart, we will proceed with the tour regardless of the flowering situation.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the guidance may be in a foreign language.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
