■You and your companions may be asked to sit together in rows on the aircraft and on the bus.

[About the Accommodation]
■The room is a Western-style room (twin / with bath and toilet).
■If there are 3 or more people in one room, an extra bed will be placed in addition to the 2 regular beds. Or, due to circumstances on the hotel's side, you may be forced to Accommodation in 2 separate rooms.
■In order to reduce disposable plastic, Iriomote Island Hotel does not provide amenities such as combs or razors. Please bring your own.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
