[About the tour]
■This tour cannot be participated by a single person. If you request to change the number of participants to one person, the cancellation fee will be charged for all participants.
■ A tour conductor will accompany you from Naha Airport Day 1 to Naha Airport Day 4 A local staff member will handle the reception at Chubu Centrair International Airport on Day 1.
■This course is conducted jointly with other courses departing from other bases and with other Tour Number. There may be waiting times on the return trip to Naha Airport and on the bus along the route.
■This course takes you to the beach Day 3. Please bring your own swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, and other necessary items. One parasol will be loaned to each family. Other rental items are available locally for a fee, but we do not provide them.
■The boat to Minna Island may be canceled due to weather and other conditions on the day. If the boat is canceled, we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot Day 3. The boarding fee, lunch fee, and admission fee to the alternative sightseeing spot will be offset, and if there is a difference, it will be refunded after the tour returns.

[Domestic passenger handling fees]
A separate fee will be charged for use of domestic passenger handling facilities at Naha Airport and Chubu Centrair International Airport.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accommodate requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. You may not be seated next to each other.

[Children, infants and toddlers reception]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation under "child."
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
