Effective May. 1, 2025, for Domestic Travel departing on or after this date, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to meal plans due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus the actual cost of any price difference. If you wish to board from a station other than Kintetsu Nagoya Station, you will be responsible for the transportation costs (including all railways, including conventional lines and Shinkansen) to Mid-route joining (Japan residents only) station.
For those Mid-route joining (Japan residents only), please purchase your own ticket for the minimum fare from Mid-route joining (Japan residents only) station.
On the day of departure, please check the final itinerary that Our company will send you (approximately 5 days before your departure date) and board the designated train.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no train seats, Meals, Accommodation facilities, etc. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
