From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. [For midway ride customers]
If you wish to board from a station other than Kintetsu Nagoya Station, transportation costs to midway ride Station (including conventional and all trains, including Shinkansen) will be borne by the individual.
For midway ride, please purchase your ticket for the lowest fare from midway ride Station.
On the day of departure, please check the final guide we will send you (estimated to be sent at least 5 days before departure) before boarding the designated train.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3~6 (preschoolers), bus seats and Kintetsu will be provided during the itinerary for a fee due to travel agency law and safety management (no seats available for taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Bus seats, Kintetsu seats, meals (dinner and breakfast), facility usage fees, and admission to tourist facilities are included. No bedding is provided.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
