As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk of endangering your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical reasons. [To passengers boarding midway ride]
If you wish to board from a station other than Kintetsu Nagoya Station, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs (for all railways, including conventional lines and Shinkansen) to the midway ride.
For midway ride, please purchase a ticket with the lowest fare for the section from the midway ride. On the day of departure, please check the final information sheet we will send you (approximately 5 days before the departure date) and board the specified train.

[About bus seats]
For this tour, odd-numbered participants will be required to share seats on the bus. Even if you are in a group, you may be seated in front or behind the others.

[About Accommodation]
Toretore Village/Fantastic Zone [All rooms non-smoking]
Due to the location of the rooms, 2-3 person rooms and 4-6 person rooms will be located far apart even for people in the same group.

[About Toretore no Yu] *Includes one bathing ticket
Please refrain from taking the towels provided in your rooms at Toretore Village into Toretore no Yu. Please bring your own towels or rent towels for an additional 320 yen. Thank you for your understanding.

[Travel costs for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management considerations, bus seats and Kintetsu seats will be provided for the duration of the trip, and an additional fee will be charged (taxis and hotel free shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that bedding will not be provided at Accommodation.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Reservations can be made on the website up until 8 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
