[About the Aoi Festival]
●This tour is planned based on information available as of Jan. 20th. Due to requests from national and local governments, events may be canceled or their content may be changed.
● Parasols and tripods are not permitted in the spectator seats.
●In the event of rain or bad weather (a decision will be made around 6pm on the day before the festival), the Aoi Festival may be postponed. In that case, the viewing will be held on Day 2, and the itinerary order will be changed slightly.
●Seats are assigned. Please leave the viewing venue, location and seats to us. Also, you may be seated far away from your companions or in front of or behind them.

[About the tour]
●When sharing a room with three people, due to the structure of the building, you will not be able to see the trains from the room.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
