【アルペンルートについて】
■約2,500m以上の高所を訪れるコースにおいては高山病を発症する危険性があります。持病・既往症をお持ちの方、健康に不安を感じる方は、ご旅行の参加の旨を事前に医師にご相談の上でお申込・ご参加されることをお願いいたします。また、ツアー当日は深酒、寝不足などはご注意いただき、頭痛、吐き気などの症状がある場合は同行している添乗員へお申し出ください。

【食事内容について】
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【2日目の出発時間につきまして】
■アルペンルートの混雑状状況により、2日目朝の出発時間が早朝(6：00～7：00)となる場合があります。また、朝食はホテルから扇沢駅間でのお弁当のご用意となる場合があります。

[About this course]
■When passing through the Alpine Route, large luggage will be stored on the sightseeing bus.
■Foreign customers may accompany the tour.
■The best time to see tulips in the national Alps Azumi Park is usually around the end of Apr. ~ mid-May. every year. The best time to see flowers may vary depending on weather conditions.
■ The height of the Snow Wall wall varies depending on the time of year.
■If you wish to make a safe call, please let us know in advance. Please note that if you are unable to connect during our business hours or are absent, we may not be able to contact you. Please note that this service is not available to those living outside of Japan.

[Accommodation About the facility
■1~4 people per room is basic.
■Rooms can be used in Japanese modern (rooms with beds on tatami mats), Western-style rooms (single, twin or triple rooms, with bath and toilet), or Japanese-Western rooms.
*Triple rooms are twin rooms with extra beds or sofa beds.
*The futon bedding in the Japanese-style room will be made by the customer himself.
■Rooms and views cannot be specified.

【Information about reservations】
■The content is updated every day (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), but please note that it is not real-time. Also, even if there is only one seat left, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour may be canceled. In case of cancellation only, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Please be sure to check the "Final Notice" (delivery scheduled at least 5 days before departure) for the flight and meeting time.
■If you apply at the infant (3 years old ~ preschooler) rate, the bus seat fee and hotel facility fee will be included. Other Train seats, meals and hotel bedding are not provided. If you need it, please make a reservation as a child.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
