[About this course]
■This tour is limited to married couples. Even if you change or cancel the tour after applying, we cannot accept participation by just one person. In addition, if either spouse cancels after the cancellation fee has been incurred, the cancellation fee for both spouses must be paid.
■We ask that you leave the seating arrangements for each train, including the Spacia X express train, to us.
■Regular trains have unreserved seats, so you may not be able to find a seat when it is crowded.
■Due to weather conditions, the Lake Chuzenji Cruise and Nasu Ropeway may be suspended.
■If you would like to use the Safety Call service, please let us know in advance. Please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are unable to get through during our business hours (9:15-17:30) or if you are not at home. Please also note that we do not provide support to customers living outside of Japan.

[About the Accommodation]
■Basically, one room is for two people.
■For the first night you will stay in a Western-style room (twin room/with bath and toilet), and for the second night you will stay in a Japanese-style room/Western-style room (twin room/with bath and toilet) or a Japanese-Western style room.
■Rooms and views cannot be specified.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
