■If Hotokegaura Pleasure Boat and Mutsu Bay Ferry are canceled due to bad weather, the itinerary may be changed.

[About Accommodation]
■One room is generally for 2 to 4 people.
■We do not accept participation by single individuals.
■Room type will be a Japanese-style room or Western-style room (twin/with bath and toilet) for the first night, and a Western-style room (twin/with bath and toilet) for the second night.

■If two people are staying in one room, a single room may be provided along with an extra bed.
■If three people are staying in one room, the room may be equipped with a twin bed and an extra bed.
<About the accommodation for the second night>
■For 3 people in one room, twin beds + extra bed will be provided.
■If four people are staying in one room, the guests will be divided into two rooms with two people each.

As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.

[Mutsu Bay Ferry service suspension information *Applies to departures on May 27th, June 24th, July 8th, July 29th, and August 19th]
The Mutsu Bay Ferry, which is Itinerary to board Day 2, has a number of days off service May. to Oct. due to a vacancy in the "engineer" and "navigator" positions. On those days, you will travel by land bus from Ushitaki Port to Accommodation. Please be aware of the above before applying for the days in question.

・If travelling by land from Ushitaki Port, the travel time is approximately 5 hours (including restroom breaks).

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

■If you apply for the infant (3-5 years old) fare, only the round-trip flight and bus seat will be arranged, Other Meals and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided. If you need them, please make a reservation as a [child].

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
