●Please purchase your own admission ticket on the day and proceed to the train departure platform (boarding/disembarking gate). Please note that you will be responsible for any travel expenses to the midway ride, and there will be no refunds for boarding or disembarking along the way.

*If there are more than two infants accompanying one adult or child, train fare will be charged. Please apply for the third child at the child fare.

*Train seats, lunch and boxed lunches are not included. Children's fares will apply if required.

<About the tour>
■ Generally, there will be no final announcements unless there are major changes. The tour director (tour conductor) will contact the representative by phone or email the day before departure to inform them of the train car and seat number you will be riding on, and will also greet them. Seat preferences cannot be accommodated. Please note that we cannot contact you after 5:30 p.m. if you are not at home, or specify a time.
■The flowering period varies depending on weather conditions, so it may not be at its best on the day of your trip.
■The seating arrangement on the round-trip train is at the discretion of our company. Due to seating arrangements, you may be seated next to your companion or across the aisle from them.
■If there is an odd number of people attending, you will generally be seated together. Please note that we may ask you to share a table with a man or woman.
■Depending on the congestion of roads and tourist spots, the itinerary and order of return may change, stops at souvenir shops etc. may be omitted, and scheduled return time may be delayed.
■The tour may be operated by a medium-sized or small bus.
■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway Meals.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
