[About Isawa Onsen Fireworks Festival]
■ Please be sure to check the Highlights section regarding the Fireworks Festival.
■ Fireworks Festival will generally be held rain or shine, but due to bad weather, the Fireworks Festival may be canceled or postponed. Also, the event may not be held at the request of the national or local authorities. If cancellation is decided before the tour departure, the tour will also be canceled, and the representative will be notified of the cancellation (if no contact is made, please consider it as a departure decision). Also, the cancellation decision will be made on the day of the event, and if you are unavoidably unavoidable, the cancellation may be delayed in the morning of the day. Even if you are unable to contact us in time and come to Meeting point without Meeting point, we cannot refund transportation expenses or other expenses. If the Fireworks Festival is canceled or postponed after the tour departs, it will be operated as a Day Trip depending on the alternative course (tourist destination).
■ After arriving at the Fireworks Festival venue, you will walk about 30 minutes to the bus parking lot ~ designated viewing area on the riverbank. However, during busy times, you may have to walk for about 40~50 minutes. Please be aware of this in advance and wear comfortable shoes.
■ Seats to view Fireworks are available from the free viewing area. You will be sitting on the ground and watching, so please bring a rug for one person.
■ Tripods, simple chairs, etc. in the viewing area may disturb other guests, so please refrain from using them.
■ Umbrellas are not allowed in the viewing area. Please prepare a raincoat and other items.
■ Please note that even if you reach Minimum Number of Participants until the festival organizer announces the overview, it will not be marked as "Confirmed."

■ Lunch is not provided (no optional sales). On the day, please either eat your meal before gathering or bring your own food in advance.
■ May. 2025 Domestic Travel departing on or after the 1st, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. ●For dates close to departure, reservations cannot be made online, so please contact the Travel Center listed below. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. Please make payment for the tour fee within 10 days of receiving the document. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
