３月31日以降、迎賓館赤坂離宮の一般公開が未定のため、現時点ではリクエスト予約のみの受付となります。迎賓館赤坂離宮の一般公開が決定した上でお客様のお席がご用意できた場合は、書類発送をもちまして、正式に予約を承ります。入場可否の決定連絡は出発日の間近になる場合があります。

【解散時間について】
迎賓館赤坂離宮・和風別館の予約可能人数が少ないため、確保枠により、解散時間が１時間前後遅くなる場合がございます。その場合はホテルニューオータニ東京での滞在時間を延長して調整させていただきます。予めご了承ください。

【ご案内】
■小学生以下のご参加はご遠慮いただいております。
■当コースは現地集合・現地解散プランとなります。往復の交通費は含まれておりません。
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

【迎賓館赤坂離宮について】
●ご入場は一般の方と同様です。入場までに、長時間お待ちいただく場合があります。
●国公賓等の接遇その他迎賓館の運営上の都合により、公開が中止となる場合があります。その場合は本ツアーも中止となり弊社よりご連絡いたします。
＜参考＞
●迎賓館の西門から入場し、公式行事に使用される、迎賓館赤坂離宮本館の公用室と建物南側のお庭（主庭）、和風別館をご覧いただけます。
●迎賓館では荷物検査・金属探知機のセキュリティチェックが実施されます。
●本館・別館内の写真撮影はできません。外観の写真撮影は可能ですが、業務用大型カメラ及び三脚・脚立・自撮棒等撮影補助機材の持ち込みはできません。
●飲食・喫煙・スケッチ・拡声器使用・プラカード使用・横断幕等の掲示・他の来場者の迷惑となる行為は禁止です。入場前の飲酒はご遠慮下さい。
●天候等により公開が中止となった場合は、代替観光地または前庭のみの公開となる場合があります。

[About this tour]
●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you in writing. Notification will be completed by letter or email.
●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

[For customers booking close to departure]
■If you make a last minute transfer and we are unable to confirm receipt of the payment by the day before the trip, we may refuse your participation on the day. If you are making a last minute transfer, please be sure to bring the transfer receipt with you on the day of the trip.

[Important information for customers on the Waitlist list]
For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. Please make payment for the tour fee within 10 days of receiving the document. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

[Regarding reception for infants and elementary school students]
●Children under elementary school age are not permitted to participate in this course.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
