*The autumn foliage course is set based on normal conditions, but the best viewing period may vary slightly due to weather and other factors.

・Akasawa Natural Recreation Forest: Mid-Oct. to late Oct.
・Fujimi Panorama Resort: Mid-Oct. to early Nov.

* The gondola ride Day 2 may be suspended in the event of strong winds, etc. In addition, there will be no refunds or discounts even if visibility is poor due to rain, etc.

[About Accommodation]
●Room: Japanese-style room (no bath, toilet included) or Western-style room (twin room, bath and toilet included)
*Japanese-style rooms do not have a bathroom. Please use the large public bath for bathing.
*Room type will be decided at our discretion.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*For this tour, you can choose to board at Shinjuku Station, Tachikawa Station (midway ride), or Hachioji Station (midway ride).
If you are midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not around during the day.
