【Information】
■At this stage, we will only accept reservations. As soon as the fireworks schedule is confirmed, we will make an official reservation with the documents shipped. Depending on the availability of the tour, we may ask you to cancel the tour or change the departure date.

■From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

■Lunch is not included on both days. Please bring your own or purchase your own at the drop-off location. (No optional sales)

■In order to ensure a designated rest time for the bus crew, you may be asked to wait until the hotel departure time in the lobby after check-out.

■Depending on the hotel arrival time, the next day's hotel departure time may be delayed. In that case, we may shorten the time for sightseeing spots, etc.

■ Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

[Lake Suwa About the fireworks festival]
(1) Due to traffic restrictions around the venue, you will get off the sightseeing bus at Kamisuwa Station and walk to the bleachers (30~40 minutes). We scheduled arrive at the venue early. You may have to wait under the scorching sun, so we recommend bringing hats and other awning goods.
In addition, after the fireworks display, you will move to Kamisuwa Station on foot, and each person will use a separate ticket to move to Matsumoto Station by train. *JR trains will not have reserved seats, but all seats will be non-reserved seats. During busy times, there may be standing seats. You may have to wait for a long time before boarding the train. Please note.
(2) Watch all the fireworks from the precious water chair seats on the lakeside. Your seat will be left to us.
(3) About belongings
Please refrain from bringing folding chairs, camera tripods, or monopods.
(4) If the fireworks display is canceled due to bad weather after the tour departs, the tour will be held. There are no refunds for the purchase of bleachers.

For customers on Waitlist, we will officially book your reservation by sending you a contract document as soon as a seat becomes available. Please make payment for the tour fee within 10 days of receiving the document. Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
