【Important Information】
*Please note. This is a participant-only course. In addition, duplicate reservations are not allowed.
(1) It is a difficult level of climbing. Only those who have participated in both the following series [1] and series [2] can participate.
Series [1] Those who have learned the basics of rocky ridge walking in the "Yarigatake Climbing Team" or "Climbing the Northern Alps"
Series [2] Those who have stepped up with "Southern Alps Climbing Team" or "Ura-Ginza Walking Team"
*Please note that those who do not meet the participation requirements will not be allowed to participate even before departure.

(2) Participation conditions for the final session of Mt. Mt.
Only those who have participated in 4 or more of the 1st ~ 7th sessions and at least 2 times of the 8th ~ 10th sessions.

■Customers participating in an odd number of people will be seated together.

■If you choose not to require travel documents by applying online, we will not send you documents by mail. For details, please check the notification email and My Page.

■ Club Tourism Regarding the PASS member discount, only the applicant (representative) will be applied.
If your companion is also a Club Tourism PASS member and wishes to apply a discount, please contact us after completing the reservation (if you do not contact us, we will not be able to use the companion's discount.) Also, we cannot accept discounts after the tour is over.)

■In principle, this course does not provide a safety call (a phone call in which the tour conductor greets the representative before departure) before departure. If you would like to make a safe call, please contact us.

*We accept reservations made just before departure (3 days before) by phone. Even if Full is fully booked, you may be able to reserve a seat if there is a last-minute cancellation. We also accept Waitlist by phone.
■Please check the tour brochure which will be mailed to you after you make your reservation, which will contain information about what to bring and a map of the meeting place.
■This course will be held even in rainy weather. However, if there is a risk of danger such as a typhoon, the tour may be canceled.
■As a general rule, online reservations (domestic) are accepted up to 2 days before the departure date for day tours, up to 3 days before the departure date for Accommodation tours, and up to 20 days before the departure date for courses that use JR or Shinkansen.
■If you cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us regardless of whether you have made payment or not.
■If Minimum Number of Participants is not met, the trip may be canceled. If a tour is canceled, we will contact you at least 4 days in advance for day tours and 14 days in advance for Accommodation tours.
■ Process from reservation to participation
1. Apply online or by phone.
2. We will send you the "Participant Confirmation and Transfer Form", "Tour Brochure", etc. by mail.
3. Please pay the tour fee at least 11 days before for day trips and 21 days before for Accommodation tours. If your application has passed the payment deadline, please make the payment as soon as possible.

4. Please be in good health on the day and arrive on time for the departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
