[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~5 years old will be charged for airline seats and bus seats during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (in the case of taxis and hotel free shuttle buses, there are no seats). There are no seats, bedding, etc. on the train during the Meals or Accommodation facilities. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
