■This tour is jointly operated with tours departing from Hakata and Kumamoto, and will include shared sightseeing buses (Other Club Tourism tour customers are also on board the express train).
■Please note that when using a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, you will need to lay out your futon by yourself.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date. The Shinkansen ticket for the outbound journey to Hakata will be sent together with the "Travel Guide (Final Information)". The return ticket will be provided by the tour conductor during the tour.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language.

[Regarding midway ride]
If you wish to board from an intermediate station, you will be responsible for your own travel expenses (for all railways, including conventional lines and Shinkansen) and admission fees to the midway ride station. Please note that there are no staff at midway ride stations, so please come to the train's departure platform. If you disembark on the return journey, you will also be responsible for your own travel expenses beyond the intermediate disembarking station. (If you transfer to the Shinkansen at your disembarking station, you will also be required to pay the full travel expenses.)
*There are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off along the way.

[About confirming, cancelling and paying for reservations online]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
