<Caution when entering Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni>
■People with non-Japanese or US nationality may not be allowed entry. ■A security check is carried out when entering the base. Please prepare to be able to remove all jewelry and other precious metals. For security reasons, identification will be checked regardless of whether you are a tour group or a general tourist. Adults should bring one of the following [valid photo identification] to verify that you are either a Japanese or US national. [Passport, driver's license, My Number card, driver's license history certificate] If you do not present identification at the time of entry, entry may take longer due to additional security checks.
*Visitors who do not have Japanese nationality are required to bring a passport or residence card. In addition, a questionnaire will be given to them and they will need to answer it. *Minors over the age of 13 must bring a student ID to show that they are not yet old enough to hold an adult ID. *Those under the age of 12 do not need ID, but must be accompanied by an adult.
◆Things you should bring●Hat (There is no shade, so this is a must)●Plastic bottles/water bottles (Drinking water is available for sale, but there may be long lines to purchase one)●Raincoat/poncho (Umbrellas are not permitted in crowds. This is functional as it allows you to use both hands)●Comfortable clothing to walk in (You will be walking a lot. Please refrain from wearing high heels/sandals)●Identification (Proof that you are either a designated Japanese or American citizen)
* Other * Due to the popularity of this base event, the surrounding roads will be very congested. Please be aware that it may take some time to arrive and depart the base due to road congestion.
○ In order to avoid traffic jams on the way there, we will arrive near the base early in the morning. Before and after arriving at the base parking lot, you may be asked to wait on the bus until you enter the facility. After the bus enters, you will be asked to wait in the entrance line until the facility opens.
* When entering the base, baggage inspection will be conducted. If you bring dangerous items such as sharp objects, gas canisters, stepladders, camera tripods or monopods, you may not be able to enter the base. Please note that baggage inspection may cause delays before you can enter the base.
*Depending on where the bus is parked, you may have to walk around 1km to the aircraft parking area.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. Please note that there are no refunds for getting on or off along the way. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car and seat number by the day before departure.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."
