【Precautions for travel】
*Round-trip transportation and Accommodation facilities will be notified in the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats for transportation (buses, airplanes, trains, Other) and room allocation for Accommodation facilities during your trip. Please refrain from reclining the bus seats.
*Even if you apply for a train seat for 2 or more people, you may not be seated next to each other or the seats may be separated. Please note.
*If there is a stop on the train you are using, you can get on and off. If you wish to board from the station, please inform us in advance at the time of reservation, or please check the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date. midway ride The fare to the station will be borne by the passenger. [Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no train seats, Meals, Accommodation facilities, etc. during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
