●The temperature at the Minkaen illumination event venue will be below zero.
① Winter clothing (coats, etc.) ⇒ It is best if they are waterproof, windproof, and winter-proof.
② Shoes ⇒ Shoes with deep grooves on the soles to prevent slipping, and cold-weather, waterproof boots are best
③ Raincoats, ponchos, etc. ⇒ Umbrellas are convenient, but you cannot use your hands if you fall, so a raincoat or poncho is best. (*Umbrellas are not useful on windy days and may injure people around you.)

[About the tour]
■ Shirakawa-go and other areas experience heavy snowfall, so please wear warm clothing and non-slip, waterproof footwear.
■Due to weather conditions, if the snow scenery cannot be seen, the event may be cancelled.
■You will check into your accommodation around 8pm after enjoying the light-up.
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to walk in.
■ Shinhotaka Ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, we will offer you an alternative sightseeing spot or refund the fare. Thank you for your understanding.
■You may be assigned a seat next to the toilet, but it will be next to you across the aisle and there is no difference from a regular seat.
■Each person can use two seats on the bus.

Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
