【ご案内とおことわり】
■子供(小学生)・幼児(3～6歳/未就学児)の旅行代金は大人代金より5,000円引き(14,000円)となります。(大人と同内容)
■主催者の都合により出場者が変更となる場合でも「大相撲三月場所」が中止とならない限りツアーは催行します。出公社の変更に伴うチケットの払い戻し、旅行代金の返金はありません。
■イス席は全て、大阪府立体育会館（エディオンアリーナ大阪）常設のイスに座布団が敷いてあります。
※イスA席…正面・向正面イス席の1列目～4列目
※席割りのご要望はお受けできかねます。
■相撲協会規定により飲食物の持込み並びに危険物、ビン、缶類の持込みは固く禁止されております。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

■出発間近の日付(2日前)につきましては、インターネットでは予約頂けませんので、お問い合わせ下さい。
■最少催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、多少のタイムラグがあり、実際の状況と異なる場合がありますのでご了承下さい。尚、残席が１席でも受付中となります。また、予約時の状況やご人数によって満席となる場合もあります。
■盲導犬等補助犬を同行されるお客様のご参加が想定されます。「動物アレルギー」をお持ちの方は、必ずお申込み時にご連絡ください。
■団体包括手配の為、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。お客様ご自身でご用意お願いします。また食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。

■ご旅行お取消・ご変更の場合は弊社予約センターまで必ずご連絡下さい。 取消・変更をされた日付により所定の手数料がかかる場合がございます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
