■嵐電は貸切ではございませんので、一般の方と混乗となり、お席にお座りいただけない可能性がございます(立ち見になる場合がございます)。

■行楽シーズンの京都は大変な混雑が予想されます。混雑状況等によっては観光を優先し、行程の一部割愛や観光地での滞在時間の短縮などを行う場合がございます。また、帰着予定時間が大幅に遅れる場合があります。
■桜の見頃は気象状況により前後いたします。出発決定後は各観光地での桜がお楽しみいただけない場合でも、原則としてツアーは催行いたします。※ご旅行内容を一部変更してご案内する場合や、ツアーを中止する場合もございます。その場合は事前にお手紙等でご連絡いたします。
■寺社の散策と徒歩移動が多くありますので、歩きやすい靴でお越しください。また3・4月の京都は朝晩冷え込みますので上着のご用意もお勧めします。
■団体包括手配の為、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。お客様ご自身でご用意お願いします。また食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。

【幼児料金について】
幼児(3～6歳/未就学児)の旅行代金は5000円となります。代金には、バス席のみが含まれ、昼食は含まれません。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited).
