Due to train arrangements, we will only accept reservation requests, and the travel contract will be concluded after our arrangements are completed (2 months before departure). ■ About Blue Symphony
・It is a one-way ride only for the outbound or return trip.
・There are also box seats for 4 people with 3 rows of seats (1 seat + 2 seats in 1 row), so even if you are in the same group, you may have to share a seat with other customers.
・Seats may be in the opposite direction of travel.

■ Yoshino The mountain is walkable. Please wear comfortable clothing.
(Reference/From Shimosenbon to Kanamine Yamadera Walking time about 80 minutes, walking distance within about 1.7 km, elevation difference 37 m, walk on paved roads)

■The best time to see cherry blossoms is based on previous years, but the flowering time may be shifted due to natural phenomena. Even if the best time to see it is off, the tour will depart.
■ Yoshino The mountain ropeway may be mixed with general customers and there may be a waiting time. Please note.

■Except in cases where there is a possibility of endangering physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, we cannot accept requests for changes to the Meals content, so please prepare your own. If you have any religious reasons, allergies, or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, please contact us at least 2 weeks before departure. If you do not consume Meals, the meal will not be refunded.

■This tour is also sold to foreigners. If you are a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages.

[Notes regarding reservations]

[About payment]
We recommend that you make your payment by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please transfer the amount at your nearest financial institution using the transfer slip that will be sent to you by post along with your travel guide. Please note that transfers made just before departure may take some time to be confirmed, so please bring the receipt with you on the day of your trip. If you are unable to make the transfer, please contact us.

[In case of cancellation or change]
If you need to cancel or change a trip you have applied for, please contact us. A designated fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

[Trains]
Regarding train arrival and departure times,The flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  Please be aware that this will be the case.
Please note that as each tour is handled as a group and all arrangements are made in bulk, depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement on the train, and seat availability, you may be seated in front or behind other passengers, or you may be asked to share a seat with other passengers.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
