■ The best time to see the autumn leaves is based on previous years, but the best time to see them may be different due to natural phenomena. Even if the best time to see is off, the tour will depart.

■ Yoshino From the station to Hounkan, you will be guided by free transportation by private car that does not require permission under the Road Transport Act by Scenic Inn Hounkan. In addition, you may share or share a seat with other groups.

[About request reservations]
Due to train arrangements, we only accept reservations, and the travel contract will be concluded after our arrangements are completed (two months before departure). Seat availability will be determined by the dispatch of documents. If you do not receive the first information letter two months in advance, seats will not be available and you will be placed on Waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.

Since tours are arranged as a group, depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement on the train, and seat availability, you may be seated in front or behind the train, or you may be asked to share a seat with other passengers. Thank you for your understanding.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
If you wish to board the train from a station other than the departure station on your itinerary, you will be responsible for any transportation costs to the midway ride.
If you are boarding from midway ride station, please purchase your tickets yourself and board the designated train directly.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
