Due to the nature of the return train, the arrival time at Osaka Namba Station will be changed.
The departure time will be changed from Osaka Namba (arrival time 18:05-19:07) to Osaka Namba (arrival time 18:05-20:09).

Due to train arrangements, we can only accept reservations, and the travel contract will be concluded once our arrangements are complete (two months prior to departure).
We will inform you as to whether or not seats are available when we send you the documents.
If you do not receive the first information letter (Travel Guide/Green Brochure) two months prior to the trip, it means that the seat is not available and you will be placed on Waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.

[Bus seat front option]
For an additional fee of 1,500 yen per person per day, we will reserve a seat within the first three rows of the bus.
We cannot accept requests for seats in rows 1-3. Please leave the seating arrangement to us.
If there are two or more people participating, you may be seated vertically. This plan is for groups.
If you wish to add more people, change the tour, or change the departure date, please make a new reservation. Also, please note that we only have a maximum of 3-5 seats, so you may not be able to make a reservation.
The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure. If paying by credit card, it is 3 business days before the tour departure. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
Due to seating arrangements, passengers in the first three rows may not be those who have applied for the front seat reserved plan.
This service applies only to the section of the trip where a chartered bus is used Day 2 the trip; Day 1 the trip is not covered by this service as the hotel's free shuttle bus will be used on that day.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
If you wish to board a trip from a station other than the departure station, you will be responsible for any transportation costs (for all railways, including conventional and Shinkansen) to the midway ride.
If you wish to midway ride, please purchase a ticket for the minimum fare for the section from the midway ride station and board the designated train.
On the day of departure, please board the train that is listed on the final information sheet (which will be sent approximately 5 days before departure) that we will send to you, which will specify the flight number, Accommodation, etc.

[Infant rates]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
