[About the tour]
■If the Alpine Route is closed due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the difference between the fare for the section that cannot be used, the transportation costs incurred due to detours, the fees for alternative sightseeing spots that we have introduced, and any cancellation fees that have been required. The selection of alternative sightseeing spots and the amount of the refund will vary depending on the situation on the day, so please leave it to us.
■Depending on the level of congestion, departure from the hotel may be early in the morning and breakfast may be served as a lunch box.
■Vehicles are booked in advance, but due to the congestion of individual customers or weather, there may be delays in the return time and waiting times when changing vehicles.
<About Snow Wall >
■The tour usually runs from Apr. 15th to Jun. 25th, but this year's schedule has not yet been decided. For customers who have booked a tour with a departure date that falls outside the event period due to the change in the tour period, we will inform them as soon as it is decided.
■If Snow Wall Walk is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds.
■The height of the snow wall varies depending on the weather conditions.
■Because the road surface is slippery, please wear light hiking boots or other comfortable shoes. Also, the temperature will be 10 to 15 degrees Celsius lower than at sea level, so please prepare warm clothing (winter clothes, coat, disposable hand warmers, winter gloves, earmuffs, etc.).

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
