【 About Accommodation Destination Hotel 】
● Accommodation Please leave the room allocation (Japanese-style room or Western-style room [single, twin, triple] or Japanese-Western room / with bath and toilet) to us.
● If you use 1 room for 3 ~ 4 people, you can use an extra bed (cot) or a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western room.
● Please note that if the room is a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western room, the futon bedding will be self-service. Please note that you may be asked to lay down your own futon.
● Day 1 is late at night, so the public bath is not available. Please use the bath in your room. If you wish, please use the public bath the next morning.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
