[About the tour]
■ Until Senjojiki Cirque, you will be guided by connecting local buses and ropeways. Route buses may be mixed with general passengers, and auxiliary seats may be used during busy times.
■ Mt. Komagatake If the ropeway is suspended due to weather, you will only be refunded the amount equivalent to the group purchase, but if you are guided to an alternative tourist destination for a fee, you will only be refunded the difference. Kamikochi and Norikura may also be closed due to rainfall regulations. In that case, we will guide you to an alternative tourist destination, but please note that there will be no refund.
■The best time to see alpine plants is usually mid-Jun. ~ mid-Sep. every year. If your tour reservation is canceled due to flowering status, a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged, so please be careful when choosing your departure date.

Day 2 The route bus between Suganodai Bus Center ~ Shirabihira is not eligible for the front seat of the bus.

[Accommodation about the future]
■Rooms are (Japanese-style or Western-style rooms [single and twin] / no bath or toilet).
■Rooms may not have baths or toilets. Please use the shared facilities for toilets and public baths.

■The floor plan and scenery of the rooms are not uniform depending on the Accommodation facility.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
