【花火大会について】
・2026年度の花火大会の開催は未定です。自治体等の指針や要請により花火大会の日程や内容が変更になる場合があります。
・花火は雨天決行です。荒天中止の場合は当日午前中の判断となります。ツアー出発前に中止となった場合は、ツアーを中止させていただきます。ツアー出発後の場合は、花火大会を割愛の上、ツアーを催行させていただきます。これに伴う代替え観光・旅行代金の一部返金もありません。予めご了承ください。
・小雨時は開催されますが、観覧席では傘をさすことはできませんので、雨天が予想される場合は雨カッパをご持参ください。
・バス駐車場からバスの駐車場～河川敷にある観覧席まで、約15分お歩きいただきます。ただし混雑の際は、約30分～40分歩く場合がございます。
・花火終了後は交通渋滞等により深夜の宿到着（24:00頃）となります。
・観覧席内での三脚のご使用はご遠慮ください。
・ホテル到着時間により、翌日のホテル出発時間が遅くなる場合があります。その場合は、観光地等の時間を短縮させていただく場合や、行程を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【宿泊先について】
■お部屋は（洋室［シングル・ツイン］／バス・トイレ付）となります。
■宿泊先・お部屋割（禁煙・喫煙等）は弊社にご一任下さい。
■お部屋の間取り、及び景観は宿泊施設により一律ではございません。
■宿泊先はビジネスホテルとなります。2名1室でお申込みの場合でも、1名1室に分かれてのご利用となる場合があります。

●2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
●交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

● If the Minimum Number of Participants is less than the required amount and the trip is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you in writing. We will complete the notification by letter or email.
●Please refrain from using the reclining bus seats.

●The fee for children (3-6 years old, preschool children) is the same as the adult fee and the same services. If you would like to participate, please complete the procedure under [Children] and register your correct date of birth (age).
●If you are bringing a child under the age of three who will not be using a bus seat, please contact us by phone or using the form below after completing your reservations for adults, children, and paying infants.

If you make a last minute transfer and are unable to confirm receipt by the day before your trip, we may refuse your participation on the day. If you are making a last minute transfer, please be sure to bring the transfer receipt with you on the day of your trip.

●Meeting place and time
After completing the reservation procedure, please be sure to check the meeting time and place in the "Travel Information" section of "My Page".
● Regarding sending of materials
Due to postal conditions, materials such as the Travel Guide may not arrive in time for your departure.
Please note that you may receive a "Travel Guide" after departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
