[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, an actual fee will be charged. [Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Married Couples Only Course
This course is "limited to married couples". Please note that participation by people other than married couples, people of the same sex, and participation by one person is not accepted. In addition, if one of you becomes inconvenient, both people will be canceled and a cancellation fee for both people will be charged.

[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■The bus for the island tour may be mixed with other tours or individual customers.
■Sightseeing boats may be canceled due to bad weather.

*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

This course is for Married Couples Only so children, infants and toddlers are not allowed to participate.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

■Reservations can be made online up until 8 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
