Fukiji Temple is the oldest Japanese-style building in Kyushu and is designated as a national treasure.

It is one of the three great Amida halls in Japan, alongside the Golden Hall of Hiraizumi Temple Uji and the Byodoin Temple in Uji.

■ You cannot visit Fukiji inside the main hall during rainy weather.
■ Takachiho takes about 20~30 minutes to walk slowly from the parking lot to Manai Falls.
■ Day 2 bento will be handed out on board the bus after the Takachiho Gorge walk.
■ Since there are many walking tourist spots, please wear comfortable shoes and clothing when you participate.
