【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【花火大会について】
■花火は雨天決行です。荒天中止の場合は当日午前中の判断となります。
ツアー出発前に中止となった場合は、ツアーを中止させていただきます。
ツアー出発後の場合は、花火大会を割愛の上、ツアーを催行させていただきます。これに伴う代替え観光・旅行代金の一部返金もありません。予めご了承ください。
■小雨時は開催されますが、観覧席では傘をさすことはできませんので、雨天が予想される場合は雨カッパをご持参ください。
■観覧席について：1人1席のパイプいすをご用意した指定席となる予定です。
■バス駐車場から桟敷席までは約10～20分徒歩移動となります。花火大会の開始時刻は19:00過ぎ(予定)～ですが、会場へは17：00頃の早めの到着となるため花火打ち上げまで待ち時間が発生します。
■花火終了後は交通渋滞等により深夜の宿到着(23:30頃)となります。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
近鉄名古屋駅以外の駅から乗車希望の場合、途中乗車駅までの交通費（在来線及び新幹線含む全ての鉄道）は各自ご負担となります。
途中乗車につきましては、途中乗車駅からの最低区間運賃の切符を各自ご購入お願いします。なお、ご出発当日は弊社より送付させて頂きます最終案内書(出発日の５日前を目途に送付)を確認の上、指定の列車へご乗車ください。

※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【ご予約についてのご案内】
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承ください。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発１４日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our reservation center.
