[About Fireworks Festival]
■ Fireworks will be held rain or shine. In case of cancellation due to severe weather, decisions will be made on the morning of the day.
If the tour is canceled before departure, the tour will be canceled.
If the tour has already departed, we will proceed with the tour without Fireworks Festival. There will be no partial refunds for alternative sightseeing or travel fees as a result. Thank you for your understanding.
■ The event will be held during light rain, but you cannot use an umbrella in designated viewing area, so if rain is expected, please bring a rain rain raincoat.
■ About designated viewing area: We provide a Reserved seating scheduled with one pipe chair per person.
■ It takes about 10~20 minutes on foot from the bus parking lot to the booth seats. The Fireworks Festival starts after 19:00 (scheduled)~, but since you arrive at the venue early around 17:00, there will be a waiting time until the Fireworks launch.
■ Fireworks After the event, due to traffic congestion, you will arrive at the accommodation late at night (around 23:30).

[For midway ride customers]
If you wish to board from a station other than Kintetsu Nagoya Station, transportation costs to midway ride Station (including conventional and Shinkansen lines) are the responsibility of each individual.
midway ride, please purchase your ticket for the lowest fare from midway ride Station. On the day of departure, please check the final guide we will send you (estimated to be sent at least 5 days before departure) before boarding the designated train.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
