[About the Gion Festival and Yamahoko Parade]
■In principle, the Gion Festival will be held rain or shine, but please note that there will be no refund of the travel fee even if it is canceled or postponed.
■The Yamahoko Parade is divided into the first festival of 7/17 and the second festival of 7/24. There will be 23 aircraft in operation for the previous festival and 11 aircraft for the second festival. This course is only for the previous festival.
■Parasols and tripods cannot be used in the bleachers.

[About riverbed cuisine]
■In case of rain or when the river rises due to rain the day before, lunch of riverbed cuisine will be Meals indoors. Please note that there is no refund for the tour price.
■The riverbed in Kyoto's "Kaohsiung area" is not a riverbed with a river flowing directly below, but a style where you can enjoy riverbed cuisine while looking at the river from the side.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
